An amount of $39.99 was debited into my bank account, without my permission. No phone number was added, so I can not make a complaint. My question is: How do they get access to my bank account, if I have never bought or even access their site? A question to be answered by a government authority, since this constitutes a criminal act by this company. I demand to have this amount credit back to my account, as soon as possible and an explanation letter, describing how my money was tranferred without my authorization.
