I have been trying from October 2008 to get a Deed In Lieu or a Short Sale, I have called weekly - it is rare that I talk to a person, normally it is leave a message here or there... and they never get back to you EVER. My case was given to one lady in Dec. 2008, in Feb 2009 when after 100s of calls I got to talk to her she had no idea who I was or anything about the property.
