I ordered a the complete box set of a different world dvds on 12/7/08 and my credit card was processed right away and today is 1/6/09 and I still haven't received my merchandise. The site stated 10-14 days but tomorrow makes a month. There is no contact information except to send an email and they still haven't responded to the 3 I already sent.
