I have been ripped off. I purchased Arca Solutions edirectory software product. I then paid a few thousand dollars in having them customize it for me. They took my money and created error upon error upon error. I was patient, however, since they are hiring college kids in Brazil. When I wanted a copy of the new release, they told me that my custom work would be gone (how can they not have a way to save this when they are hosting my site and they created the code). They would then have to charge me another 3 grand to make the same change... read full review »
