Servcie was cancelled 8 days into the billing cycle but I was charged for the entire 30 day period. After complaining, I was told that this was company policy and all I could do is file a formal complaint with management. I do not have a contract and had been a loyal customer for many years. I am unemployed due to disability and cannot afford a cell phone nor should I be expected to pay for a service that I have not received because it is this company's policy to cheat it's customers. read full review »
