I requested a CD from hotbusinessmarket.com. It was advertised on the Ebay website. I paid $2.99 with a credit card. Weeks later, I had not received it. I called the number associated with the charge on my credit card twice. They said it had been sent to me twice but I had not received it. I called back and was told that I could download in the meantime. I was never able to log in. I called and told them and was told by the next day I could log on. It didn't happen.
