I was sent a sample for 4.99. I was not aware you were going to charge my account $88.97. I have not even used the sample. I would like my account to be refunded the 88.97 and my membership cancelled. I tried to cancel on June 16th and you sent me a confirmation saying you canceled my account but I never got a refund.
