I ordered a free trial and was told i would be charged shipping and handling only, which I was told was $4.95. When I received my card statement I was charged $88.97. I requested that this amount be refunded to my account and I was told they would not refund any money and that I am unable to return item. Customer service representative very rude. read full review »
