Purchased a set of electronic scales from Ebay, arrived quickly but product was broken, contacted Ausriver via email they replied quickly giving to options. Option one exchange scales Option two refund I chose option two returned the scales at my own cost and did not here anything from them for 6 weeks, contacted Ebay emailed Ausriver several times, no reply finally rang Ausriver. This company is a sorry excuse very un organised and i strongly recommend everyone stays away from there products. read full review »
