When I did not receive a package to be delivered by FedEx I called to find out why, and was surprised to learn that I had signed for the package. Well, needless to say I did no such thing, and what's really disturbing is that there really is nothing a consumer can do to prove it. I have never had a bad experience from ordering online, but this has taught me a lesson, and I will not be getting deliveries in the future. Just beware of FedEx. The signature on the receipt may not be your own. I cannot be the only person this has happened to. read full review »
