I did apply for a loan on line, but did not authorize a $44.00 debit from my checking account. I would like to have my money back please. I pay bills from my checking account, and cant afford this. Now my electric may get cut off because noe I dont have enough money to cover it. This doesnt make any since o be done this way. I was charged an unauthorized $17.00 on my debit bank card on July 17, 2009. I cancelled my membership mounths ago and this charge must have been a mistake. I would like a full refund on my account and for you all to check my cancelation and re cancel it if needed. i have been trying to call 206-301-5900 for 3 days and was unable to get through.
