Ditto all the complaints listed here concerning the Acai (did sign up for a $3.95 shipping only trial sample), Fit Factory and some Cleanse product. Sent and billed me for products and services I did not order or authorize. Additional charges showed up even after phone efforts to cancel this fiasco. Persistence with these companies has at least gottem me lip service of promises of credits back to my account for these bogus charges. Jury is still out regarding satisfaction.
