I too ordered the 15 day free Acai berry Tablets & paid for shipping only. When I received it there was a small paper insert in very small print saying to cancel if you didn't want to continue receiving this. So I called & cancelled. I then later found a charge for $29.95 and another separate charge of $1.17 from Fit-Fac.com I called the number on my bank statement & after Many questions and my request to speak to a manager I was given a confirmation number for the refund of both amounts & cancellation of the "membership" We'll see what happens.
