The owners run a pig sty. Knats & flies bite the employees, customers. Immediately outside the kiitchen door is a filthy dog in a more filthy pen that does NOT get cleaned. the poor animal steps through its own decomposing waste. when the dog is inside in the basement, it has the same environment, plus garbage scatttered everywhere. The animal waste downstairs has been a breeding ground for the nasty flying insects that have infested a place that serves food in these conditions.
