Wow, where do I even start? When I upgraded, I got a phone that i had to pay in for, as I wanted a good one. I negotiated with Cell C and paid in a small amount and they were happy and I was happy. I knew that I had C cover on my phone with the contract I had. I did however as them if I needed to take out extra cover, (they have a recording of this)... to which they responded no... you have cover on your package. I was happy.
