Sir, We purchase a new refrigerator 310 ltrs from one of the dealers of whirlpool on 16/07/09. During installation we found many points which suggest this is not a new product from the company. So we pointed that same to the people who came to install. They informed us to report to the shop, which we did. The onwer informed us this is a brand new refrigerator.
