I have purchased the laptop on 24th June, 2009 from Ascent infosolution, Sector-5, Rohini Delhi. And very next day there was came a problem in its charging. The battery had not been charged when we remove the charger the laptop went shutdown. I brought the laptop to Ascent infosolution and they took the same for two days and told me that they have replaced its battery but after that problem had not been solved.
