My olderly mothers cell phone has been charges numourous times of 9.99 for ? services. She has had cell phone turned off for 1 month and the charges keep appearing on her bill. There is no way of contacting this co to dispute these charges. She has this phone for emergency purpose only. This has caused her must stress and wants to get ride of it completely.
