I purchased Aqua Guard of M/sEureka Forbes in 2005. I have shifted my residence and called local authorised service centre on 0461-2328332 (in Tuticorin, India) to install it. Instead the rep. comes with a new set to sell. I told him that I don't want a new unit but to fit the existing one. He said that it is chargeable at Rs. 250. I said fine but it is nearly 1 month but nobody has come to install it. I feel that your reps. are more interested in selling new pieces than serrvicing existing ones.
