Unfortunately I was charged twice by my gym membership which caused me to go over my credit limit. I immediately let Chase know as I was charged an Overlimit fee and they were extremely rude and basically told me it was my problem. I called my gym, spoke with the manager who was extremely apologetic and immediately issued a credit for the duplicate charge as well as the Overlimit fee.
