I recently signed up for the Verizon Fios internet and TV service. I made the mistake of providing them a credit card number at the time of placing the order. Verizon out of the blue charged me $198 and refuses to provide a paper bill. I have called them multiple times and each time they say the bill is being mailed and I would get it in 3 business days. They say that the orignal bill was emailed to me, which I never received. I have no clue why I was charged $198 bucks, when I signed for a $79.99 a month plan with no installation charge... read full review »
