Telephones at all hours, are abusive and threaten collection. Refuse to send anything in writing, refuse to indentify their business address or contact phone number, caller ID number cannot be phoned. Reverse directory shows phone to be linked to Level 3 Communications LLC-CO We get a minimum of 4 to 5 calls per day and if told to put on do not call list they either threaten or hang up.
