Got "free" sample for $.99 but then charged $87 for product plus separate shipping charge...this charge was unauthorized and there was no information regarding cancellation policy. There was another charge several weeks later for $87 with a separate shipping charge, unauthorized as well. Call to #, on hold indefinitely and unable to log into customer support site as instructed by menu. Called my credit card and had to cancel my card and get a new number and ask for charges to be resversed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY aND BETTER LET BARBARA WALTERS KNOW TOO!!!
