Purchased a KitchenAid Refrigerator in June 2005. In the first year noticed a large crack in the bottom floor of the freezer. Whirlpool stated that they do not replace any refrigerator only repair them. In April 2009 we were told the compressor had failed but the repairman only said it was the timer. We lost a freezer full of meat. In july 2009 we lost another freezer full of meat as the compressor has totally failed. We are waiting for parts.
