I ordered a risk-free free trial of this product but apparently did not read the small print. When I realized that they were going to charge me $39.95 if I didn't return it, I returned it immediately, but still was billed $39.95, which I didn't notice until 1 month later. When I called them, I was told unless I had the tracking # for the return they could not give me full credit. Supposedly, they are giving me $20 credit, but I won't believe it til I see it.
