I ordered the free trial and allowed my credit card to be charged $3.95. My card was billed $87.13, the full price. Customer service did answer my calls twice with the same comment of paraphrased you agreed to this under the terms and agreements. I admit I did not go to the small print legalese hyperlink I depended upon the 100% guarantee statement on the order form.
