I booked two hotels via hotelcollect.com on 27/06/2009. For the first one in London (hotel Corus) I received an e-mail the day of my arrival (24/07/2009) that the reservation was cancelled. I talk to hotelcollect on the phone and they told me that the hotel was overbooked, they did their best to find me another one but didn't succeed.
