I ordered an oil pan for my jeep and rush shipped it to get the repair done before the holiday weekend. The pan came, I rushed it to the shop making the repair. The shop called me back letting me know the pan was damaged. I called J.C. Whitney early the day we were leaving, they said they would send me a shipping label and the package would be ground shipped to them then they would ground ship me another one (I had paid for rushed shipping).
