I have been battling this company for a little over a month now. They took money out of my account without my knowledge of 72.21. I cancelled it and they said that the refund would be back in about 7 to 10 days which still has to happen after a month. The customer service people are hard to understand and they keep repeating themselves. I actually had one girl say she was going to transfer me to her supervisor. I was on hold for about 2 min.s and she came back on the line pretending that she was the supervisor. That was a good one! Can't believe that companys like this exsist! read full review »
