This Law Firm (Peter Zullo) advised us when looking at all of our data that he would not take on a case that unless there was a sure Home Loan Modification. We wired the $3, 500.00 and the calls seemed to be far and few in between. I advised him tht I was receiving letters from my lender and he advised me that they were just using scare tactics.
