I too purchased this product as a sample for only $4.95 shipping charge only. I did not see any additional fees nor did it state that it was a trial offer with an additional charge of $83.95 being billed to me later . I called the number and complained about the charge but was refused a refund. I was very upset, because I did read the disclaimer and didn't see any wording about being billed $83.95 later.
