Received a Camcorder for Christmas, actually received 12/29. Was purchased as a Christmas gift on 10/22/08. Purchase online and at no time was purchaser made aware of the fact that any gift needed to be purchase from 11/01/08 through 12/24/08 for extended Holiday return policy to be in effect. Had that fact been known it is quite obvious that the sale purhcase would not have been made until that date.
