I purchased a "reconditioned" side by side after being reassured that it had been inspected and certified as 100% working. I was trying to decide between a new refrigerator and this one, the sales person assured me that it was no risk to purchase the reconditioned one because if anything went wrong, I would have a Food Reimbursement Guarantee.
