I feel I have a moral duty to state that Patrick Mallucci was investigated by the GMC and has been sued for negligence. He in turn has resisted attempts to publish this matter and has threatened a libel action. And as he must have been advised by now : he does not have a case. As he is doubtless aware his action would lose simply by exposing the outcome of his disastrous surgery; and the extensive physical damage and disfigurement this surgeon has caused.
