I've been renting from this particular Blockbuster location for at least two years, and I have always been a good customer. I rented movies often, and if I ever had late fees I always paid them off by my next visit to the store. I have never lost a DVD, ever, but I've had problems with this Blockbuster in the past. One time they charged my card for a DVD that they had claimed had not been returned to the store.
