Dear Sir, This is to launch a complain against Reliance Smart(prepaid connection). I am a user of Reliance Smart connection (prepaid) with the mobile no- 09832139212. I had asked to activate my caller tune service (song sonio from the film Raaz)on 20th of July 2009 at 15:30 hrs. After 48 hours when the service did not get activated I had logged a complain on 23rd July 2009 with the complain no- 10492198.
