GE Money Bank is the financial institute of my CareCredit Card. They changed the minimum payment and moved up the due date without informing me. I just found out in March 2009 when the GE Money called me that my account was delinquent becuase my minimum $29 was not enough to cover their late fee $39 and finance charge of $26 every month. I found out that they have been grossly charge me $60 a month on financial charge ($35 late fee + $25 interest 29.99% apr) for over 2 years without my knowledge.
