We are facing a serious issue on our telephone set since long time. We had given complaints many times over the phone. our phone number is -0487-2213640- our exchange is Mundur-Thrissur-Kerala. Every time we are getting the response that the department doesn't have the phone set if we wanted the proper one we need to buy it. Since we are paying the rent for the phone set why do we need to purchase our own cost. BSNL is responsible to provide the same. Employee provident fund

I have requested for a PF transfer more than one year back. The details are following. I have been trying since long time several times in EPF office -K R Puram office- contact numbers (25617629, PRO number 25610209) there is no response. So I am helpless to know about the current status of my application. The contact numbers are either put it on hold or not picking up this happens in all the numbers.
