A court order was issused aug 2008(last year) to have child support deducted from Wachovia account 1) it took 3 months and lots of persistance to get Wachovia to start deductions.. 2) have had to "remind" them to make deduction every other month since.. 3) Wachovia is now "claiming" not to have a court order and has STOPPED deductions from my account... 4) Ohio child support says its the banks problem (agreed) Wachovia claims its Child support agency problem... 5) getting NO HELP from either... 6) does this make me a "deadbeat dad" and can I file suit for non-feasence? read full review »
