$38.84 was taken out of my debit account on June 3, 2009. I called THAT day and was told it was from a Google account that was CLOSED. They promised I would have the money back in my account by June 17th. It DID NOT happen. I called AGAIN and they told me to have my bank call them. Yeah right. My bank said they do not do that. My bank said it sounded like they were yanking me around, I asked Safelock and they said oh, no. So then I asked to speak to the Boss or to give me the information to contact Google.
