I ordered a trial of the Acai Berry Blast. The shipping cost ($0.99) was promptly withdrawn from my debit card with the promise that the product would be shipped within 5 business days. The product never arrived. Almost one a half weeks later they charged the full price ($82.31) of the product to my card which also included shipping and handling. I called their customer service line and spoke with the rudest person. To my horror the very same company has charged a further ($82.31) to my account again.
