I fell a month behind Summer 2006, When I called to make arrangements to pay an Additional amount each month on top of my regular payment till the account was current. The homeq rep told me I could not do that then became rude & abusive demanding I make arrangements to pay the whole past due immediatly. I refused stating I could not afford a double payment. The rep continued to be abusive, & threatened that If I tried to over pay my mortgage to get it current that they(Homeq) would refuse my payment thereby making me further behind.
