Sterling Investment Solutions took $7990.00 for two seperate loan modifications neither of which were ever completed. I paid this company in Nov of 2008 and to date there are no loan modifications completed. The company refuses to refund my money even though we have a binding contract with a so called "money back guarantee". I have contacted them numerous times requesting a refund with no avail.
