I signed up and received trial offer for $1.99 and didn't realize the auto-ship portion of the trial offer. The next month my account was charged $88.97 (I did not receive any auto-ship). I tried to get a refund and have been denied so far. I will not stop disputing this. I believe this is a huge rip-off. I saw advertisement on MSN's homepage.
