I Bongile Tikana, was aving money with FNB in 2007 on fixed savings Khayelitsha Branch. I went to FNB to make a 32 days notice for me to get my money, I was given a date that the money will be deposited in my bank account. The money did not appear on the agreed day. I went back to FNB and was told that the money was deposited into another bank account fraudulantly and this will be sorted out.
