I called to cancel a legitimate order, received a cancelation confirmation, the person on the call tried to sell me an additional product and I said NO. Last week I received the procuct ACAIX3 (which I have NEVER received before, although they say so). To be reimbursed I need to return the product I didn't ask for at my expense! I also have 3 International Service fees, and Florida is in the USA, so did I also have to pay to speak to people that did not understand or speak english well?
