Hi, I had purchased 8 tickets for Live In Concert "Inteha" by Jagjit Singh at DAR Constitution Hall Washington DC was scheduled to be held on May 30 2009, but the show was canceled. When I asked Meenu Sabharwal (ph.No.703-989-1289, 202-455-7025) who is organizer & belongs to starpromotionsusa.com and to who I made payment $280 by cheque, told me nearly 2 months back that he would return the money. But since then neither he is picking his phone nor returning money to the people who have purchased tickets. This seems that he is a fraud.
