I joined Gold's Gym in February 2009 and was supposed to meet with a trainer the next week. I have a few medical issues, back surgery, hernia, and I didn't want to start without a trainer. The day before the meeting the trainer called and cancelled. I tried rescheduling numerous times, I even went in several times and was told there was no one available to meet with me.
