I tried the free trial of their Acai Berry and didn't really see any results but decided to try it for a second month. When the third monthly supply came I decided to cancel my order and return the product. I called and got the required RMA, wrote that number on the package and also paid for a signature verification from the US postal service (someone at the receiving warehouse has to sign for the delivery).
