Hello. I recently purchased a large bug tent from the Joseph Howe Superstore in Halifax Nova Scotia. After finding pieces missing I was forced to return to the Superstore on four separate occasions in an effort to retreive the missing parts. On the fourth visit, and a good 45 minute drive into town each time, I was asked to wait an additional 45 minutes so that the manager could finish his lunch.
